Samsung is not going to give Apple the market for AR / XR devices
According to insiders, Samsung is going to compete with Apple in the ARXR marke t and introduce its own augmented reality headset by the end of 2023.
A Techgenyz report indicates that Samsung is aiming for a competitive edge over its rival Apple in the AR/VR market and has a reputation for producing first-class products.
A separate report from MIXED Reality News implied that Samsung's new XR headset would use technology from Google and Qualcomm.
While Samsung is still tight-lipped about its plans for XR solutions, this is an important sign that the company is gearing up to launch an XR device.
However, it will be interesting to see if the device arrives before the Apple XR Headset, which will reportedly launch later this year. More info
